• Download your scheduled set of shipments and upload to LoadOpt^tm -- This can be as simple as extracting an Excel listing of orders from the order system with a simple interactive upload to LoadOpt^tm or a regular, automated output sent to LoadOpt^tm by FTP
   
• Upon import, LoadOpt^tm optionally assigns LTL  and TL rates -- LTL rates can be based on the tariff you select and apply discounts and classes as you required.  Then TL rates are assigned using TL rate tables set up right in LoadOpt^tm
   
• LoadOpt^tm performs the optimization with your Shipment Release -- If you run a week at a time, you allow LoadOpt^tm to determine when shipments should be dispatched to maximize service and minimize freight costs.  But select any time period you choose -- you're the boss.

• While in FastPlan^tm the planner can print Load Sheets and Bills of Lading  -- FastPlan^tm produces the documents to control dock staging and loading of shipments.  Shipping dock admin staff can print documents on an as needed basis.  LoadOpt^tm can be accessed from any computer with a browser and Internet access.
   
• Since Load Sheets can be output in electronic form, carrier tender emails become quick and easy -- If you have your own software for generating Bills of Lading, a custom output from LoadOpt^tm can provide the required input for your in-house system or you can use LoadOpt^tm's own Bill of Lading output.
